Ms. Srijani Paul is a final-year MBBS student at the College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, WBUHS, India, specializing in medical research with focuses on medical education equity, neuroscience and public health. She has published a landmark study in The Lancet Regional Health - Southeast Asia as the first author, led a research project on mental well-being of medical students affected by sexual violence, earned numerous academic honors and scholarships, and actively volunteers in multiple public welfare organizations, combining clinical competence, research capacity and social responsibility.
