Lara Lopes is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) professional with over 14 years of experience in education and research, expert in clinical seminars and herbal medicine. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University of Porto, Porto, and is also working as the Director and Main Professor Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Health Level Atlantico Business School (ABS), Portugal. She has published 21 research papers in Q1 and Q2 international journals and trained more than 350 students in TCM clinical courses and Integrative Medicine over 10 years. She is the Board Direction of SPMC-Portuguese Society of Chinese Medicine, Affiliated Member of ETCMA-European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association, and Invited Member of WAIO-World Association of Integrative Oncology.
Dr. Zhang Yan currently works as the professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China and also is the doctoral supervisor and national second-level psychological consultant. Her research field is mental health and education cognitive neuroscience. In recent years, In the Journal of Affective Disorders, the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, the Journal of Medical Science Virology, Psychophysiology, Children and Youth Services Review, Thinking Skills and Creativity, "Psychological Journal", "Psychological development and Education" and other domestic and foreign journals she has published 130 academic papers, including a high introduction paper, a single paper was cited 356 times, the total number of citations in the past five years 1283 times (Google Scholar), h-index 16. She presided over the completion of 1 National Social Science Fund, 1 National Natural Science Foundation youth project, 2 Humanities and Social Science fund projects of the Ministry of Education, more than 30 provincial, municipal and university level projects, and published 5 monographs. She has won 7 social science research and teaching achievement awards from Sichuan Provincial Government, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Hubei Provincial Department of Education, Hubei Provincial Government and Wuhan Municipal Government. Prof. Zhang also served as a reviewer for SCI journals at home and abroad, such as International Journal of Psychology, Body Image, Psychological Reports, etc, and served as deputy chairman of the Basic Psychology Professional Committee of Hubei Province, The 12th member of Wuhan Psychological Society, Deputy director of Brain imaging Committee, and President of Hubei Marriage and Family Research Association.
Professor Ts. Dr. Liew Kai Bin is Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Industry at the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia, and a certified Professional Technologist. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, specializing in novel drug delivery systems such as fast-melt films and cocoa butter-based formulations. Dr. Liew has authored over 100 publications, holds 3 patents, and secured 18 research grants (~RM1.4 million). He is an award-winning researcher, editor for Heliyon and PLOS ONE, and an industry consultant, dedicated to advancing patient-friendly and sustainable drug delivery solutions.
Dr. Mahmoudreza Hadjighassem is an Associate Professor at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, renowned for his pioneering research in neurobiology, neurodegenerative disorders, and neuroinflammation. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and an M.D., he leads innovative studies in neural regeneration, epilepsy, and glioblastoma therapies, employing stem cell technology and clinical trials. Author of 70+ publications and recipient of prestigious awards like the CCNP Dewhurst Prize, he directs the Neuroscience Institute and contributes globally as an editor for Archives of Neuroscience, bridging cutting-edge science with clinical impact.
Dr. Sujogya Kumar Panda is an Assistant Professor at Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, India, specializing in antimicrobial research and ethnopharmacology. With a Ph.D. in Life Sciences and postdoctoral experience at KU Leuven (Belgium) and the University of Pavia (Italy), he has authored 94+ publications (including The Lancet), earning an H-index of 29 and 2,700+ citations. Recognized among the world's top 2% scientists (Stanford, 2020–2025), he holds 3 patents, secured 6 grants, and received awards like the Horizon 2020 Postdoctoral Fellowship. His work focuses on bioactive plant compounds to combat antimicrobial resistance and infectious diseases.
